東京都中野区のGLOBAL FIELD KIDS(グローバルフィールドキッズ)はバイリンガルを育成するプリ／アフタースクールです。

Hello! I’m Junsuke Shibata (Jun), a staff member at Global Field Kids. When I was in university, I participated in an international exchange program through sports, which sparked my strong interest in overseas cultures. That experience inspired me to "explore the world further" and "get involved in education abroad." After graduating, I worked as an elementary school teacher at the Thai Japanese Association School in Bangkok, Thailand. Spending time with children in a multicultural environment deepened my interest in global education and made me want to "learn more from educational settings in other countries." After that, I moved to Australia, where I worked as an instructor for a children’s sports program. Later, in Canada, I completed the required courses for an Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification and did a teaching practicum at a local kindergarten. Working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds, I came to realize the importance of tailoring my approach to each child's individual personality, which greatly expanded my perspective on working with children. At Global Field Kids, I use the experiences I have gained around the world to fully support children in taking their first steps into a new world through English.

こんにちは！グローバルフィールドキッズのスタッフ、柴田純輔（Jun）です。 大学生の頃、スポーツを通した国際交流の活動に参加したことが、海外の文化に強い興味を持つきっかけとなりました。その経験から、「もっと広い世界を知りたい」「海外で教育に関わってみたい」という思いが芽生え、大学卒業後は、タイのバンコク日本人学校で小学校教員として勤務しました。多文化の環境で子どもたちと過ごす中で、世界の教育への関心がさらに高まり、「他の国の教育現場でも学んでみたい」と感じるようになりました。 その後オーストラリアへ渡り、子ども向けスポーツ教室の先生として働きました。また、カナダでは幼児教育資格に必要なコースを修了し、現地の幼稚園で教育実習を行いました。
さまざまな文化背景を持つ子どもたちと過ごす中で、一人ひとりの個性に寄り添った関わり方の重要性を実感し、視野を大きく広げることができました。 グローバルフィールドキッズでは、これまで世界で培ってきた経験を活かし、お子さまが英語を通して新しい世界へ踏み出せるよう全力でサポートいたします。
